This picture is the location where we started filming for the first time. In this particular location we had both the band and Jason in the shoot, as the scene is meant to portrait the ending of lunch time. In the filming the group (i.e. girls) are together having general conversation. From there Jason walks pass, which Michelle then stares at him. With that shot wanted to create an atmosphere for the audience and since of empathy for Michelle and her crush.
Here is the 2nd mise en scene we used on our first filming. This picture is the side path that leads to the enter of Robert Clack School. In that particular location we got the girls to walk down towards the camera, as it gives a girl band look. We also got the girls to perform their dance as we wanted another dance location in the video.
That's a picture of the third mise en scene we used. The picture demonstrates the actually frame we used in the filming as the empty chairs were filled with students. We used a classroom as one of our mise en scene because it links to the school girl crush. In the filming we had Michelle sitting behind Jason and imagining the possible outcomes of her crush.
